When I bought a new house they were supposed to arrange with my lender and escrow the first years worth of payment through a binder. Despite that agreement and me putting all of the money into escrow, an agent named William called my husband and demanded he pay them IMMEDIATELY and if we did not we would lose house insurance and wouldn’t be able to close on the house. Geico is a Horrible company, Beware of ever "working with" this company. Don't let them record anything, what you say WILL be used against you!! Purchase Dashcams before it is too late! I had one of their subscribers blew a stop sign and hit me with the side of its car while it was rolling through the turn on two wheels and they somehow determined that it was "my fault". This is the kind of "adjusting" that causes the problems with our insurance system. People waste in time and money on obvious cause and effect.

I purchased home owners insurance with Jessie and continue to have had much difficulty. They continue to ask for things I already sent and I still get letters saying proof has not been sent and cancellation warnings. When I call during business hours I am told by William that Jessie is out, the manager Mak is also out and no one else can help me. Very frustrating. Can't imagine if I actually had a claim.
