1 month of emails and calls to verify my address is nonsense, the unhelpful people at the underwriting department are rude and unwilling to help. I am disgusted by the way they communicate in emails I have received, the last was threatening me to cancel my account and payment is due in 20 days RUDE and uncalled for being that I AM ON AUTOPAY why am I being threatened by cancellation. Spoke on the phone with one of their agents. She was extremely rude and short with me throughout the questions, and utterly unhelpful and unprofessional when I mentioned other plans.
He can't do anything, he just transfers the call to GEICO headquarters, and they transfer it back to this incompetent person. They're just making fun of me.
William Loft answered my call this morning and helped me with getting a new policy going for myself as a first time buyer for a vehicle I just purchased. He made it so easy, quick, and broke things down so I could understand. I am grateful for William and his help this morning as I’m new to this whole insurance thing and didn’t have to wreck my brain.
