Why is Geico rated #1 in customer service? Because there is literally NO where you can file a complaint!! I was hung up on by 2 agents and never got a survey from those interactions, but I DID receive surveys on Geico customer service when those interactions were positive (adding on a vehicle, adding a driver). Geico added a person to my policy withOUT my permission, then charged me for it, and wouldn't take it off! Cancel your policy with Geico ASAP if you value your sanity.
I have to wait 1:45 minutes on the first response and get transferred to another line another for another 3 hours
Sabrina was 100% Amazing. She helped me with everything I needed to do with shipping my vehicle. Very professional and friendly and even faxed everything over to them for me.
I increased my full coverage insurance to be covered in a premium SUV rental for $100k in nascar friendly Southern California where the average speed is 87.3 mph and those passing are exceeding 110 mph and this is no joke either.
Geico sucks do not get geico. They totaled my car and never was able to pay off my whole loan because they still haven’t charged the other guys insurance since it was his fault. And it’s funny because the only way they are contacting the other partys insurance via email since they stated they cant go in person or via phone. And they’re still working on the case and it’s been years already since 2022 it happened. I am never going back to geico. Geico sucks!
