The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Charron was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left the clinic feeling confident in the care I received.
David Scruggs took the time to thoroughly look and evaluate my thumb, elbow, shoulder, tailbone, and knee after I had experienced a nasty fall. He and his nurse treated me effectively and 24 hours later I am nearly pain free! Excellent Service!

Entire staff professional and very highly skilled! Felt safe and was treated as a human being NOT just another old lady with a wrist fracture. Everything explained well, empathetic, aware of my pain. Handled gently but firmly.
Getting immediate appointment was very good. I was pleased with everyone involved.
Dr Charron was very friendly and welcoming. Made me completely at easy, advised me that I would eventually need a knee replacement but that he and the practice would take good care of me.I will be seeing Dr Charron again.
