My surgery went well, and all my questions were answered at the follow-up visits.
I came from the ER. And he did his best to confirm my Diagnosis and order me an MRI.
I am always pleased with getting an appointment fast.Everyone is always very helpful. Dr. Charron listens to my problems. I would recommend him to anyone.

The doctor was incredibly helpful, quick and everyone on the staff put me at ease through a fairly intense process. It felt like I was a part of the family, not a first time visitor. I will happily return and recommend.
He was very nice to my 2 year old son. He explained to us what was wrong and helped him get relief. He was super gentle with him and told us the best way to keep him comfortable.
My 7-year-old daughter had a slight foot injury, and Dr. Charron was amazing with her. She loves to talk, and he patiently listened to everything she had to say and made her feel so special. He even gave her a prize after the visit. She talked about her visit with "her new friends" Dr. Charron (and our awesome nurse, Amy) for the rest of the day! I would highly recommend Dr. Charron to anyone!
Because of Covid 19, I called his nurse Tracy the afternoon before my 95 year old Moms appointment to see if we could have another option than coming to the office for a shot the next afternoon. Left message and did not hear back that day. Called again early the next morning and left message again. Still no call back. Moms appointment came so we took her there. (LONG wait time). The nurse calls me at 5:30 that afternoon saying she was returning my call and if I needed anything. Wow! What a way to be efficient.??
Very professional, kind, and explained everything going on with my son. Showed me everything going on where I was able to understand. Made my son feel at ease and relaxed. When we arrived he was very anxious. I appreciate the new hours they put in place so we could avoid the ER.
