was called back to exam room within 5 minutes of 1:15 appt. time. 65 minutes in exam room before doc showed up. the entire time the examine area staff desk was extremely noisy with the staff carrying on about this, that, and the other.
From start to finish everyone was very nice and on time. No wait
Had a little wait in office, but you have to expect some wait. Finally got in , listen to my issues , had X-rays and need to get insurance approval for knee injections.
Fairly prompt,courteous staff,very informative about surgery
