Be prepared to be seen at least 1.5-2 hours after your appointment time. All three of my appointments presurgery surgery and post surgery were over an hour and a half past the time of the appointment. The day after my bilateral hernia surgery I was having issues I call with my concerns and couldn’t even get a call back after 4 calls I finally spoke to a nurse who just told me to go to the ER come to find out they pierced my urethra w/ the catheter and I got stuck with the ER bill + surgery bill.

My husband had been in extreme pain for 6 years after a botched hernia operation We went to this Dr for a consult He was arrogant and downright condescending. He told us I'm here to tell you if you have a hernia and you DON'T its PROBABLY JUST A GROIN PULL Well my husband just had surgery a month later by a compassionate surgeon to remove mesh that was balled up and remove tons of adhesions & HE DID HAVE ANOTHER HERNIA which the other surgeon repaired . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE~ some groin pull huh?

I went to the ER for some sort of heart arrhythmia issue and they found the gallstones I already knew I had. The stones weren’t causing any problems. The ER doctor said it wasn’t a dire condition. I only went there for the heart issue. They started sedating me and I wasn’t sure why. Before knew it I was being wheeled into surgery. They removed my gallbladder and my life has been ruined ever since. It’s been almost two years. All you care about is money, you sick freak.

Dr. Huguet performed a very complicated Whipple procedure on my father last week. Thank God we chose him to perform this surgery and didn't listen to other doctors who staying we could wait or we probably not have our Dad with us now. Dr. Huguet and his amazing team brought confidence, respect, caring and positive attitudes and, I believe, this saved my Dad's life. I highly recommend this surgeon to anyone. I can't express our appreciation and gratitude enough. Dr. Huguet and his team rock!

Dr. Huguet listens. He took out my gallbladder when it really wasn't clear from imaging that this was needed, trusting his professional judgment. I feel so much better. The incisions never hurt and there was no bruising. There always seems to be a long wait in the office, but to me the judgment and of the skill of the surgeon is more important. He and his staff always give me the time needed even if something unexpected comes up.
