Amy, the receptionist, is the rudest person to ever man a phone. Why the doctor has someone, with so little class, answering the phones is beyond me. She would not even talk to me unless I had my insurance card. I call back with my card in hand, she gathers my info like I'm just another number, a machine. Miracle Worker
Having been burned on medical costs before, my husband and I tried to make sure all providers for my husband's planned surgery were in-network, but despite a number of calls, we could not find out who the anesthesia provider would be. The morning of the surgery, we tried to get clarification and oh-boy, that set off a firestorm. There comes a time in your life when one is down and out with being overweight. Depressed and felt like I had no other option, God intervened and presented me with Dr. Huguet. Once I met him I know everything would be alright. The way he explained what was happening to me and the solution he presented, was so uplifting.
