Amy, the receptionist, is the rudest person to ever man a phone. Why the doctor has someone, with so little class, answering the phones is beyond me. She would not even talk to me unless I had my insurance card. I call back with my card in hand, she gathers my info like I'm just another number, a machine. Then she tells me when the doctor can see me, on my work day.....wait, I tell YOU when I want to see the doctor! So I make an appointment, weeks in advance, typical. Miracle Worker
Having been burned on medical costs before, my husband and I tried to make sure all providers for my husband's planned surgery were in-network, but despite a number of calls, we could not find out who the anesthesia provider would be. The morning of the surgery, we tried to get clarification and oh-boy, that set off a firestorm.
