Kevin did an excellent job selling my house. He answered all of my questions quickly, knew exactly what needed to be done to prepare to sell, and helped me coordinate it all quickly. His knowledge of where to price the home earned me more money than what I would have made without him. He helped me respond reasonably in negotiations which helped me maximize the sale price. Kevin is professional, knowledgeable, and an excellent agent whom I would recommend to anyone selling a house.
