After I waited for 2-3 minutes I was finally helped. I told them the issue, and they said they could help me and just stood there. I should have known right then. My husband bought me a ring a year ago there and I think its been in the jewelers for repair 5 times. Products are low quality. I will never shop there again. I tried asking if I can exchange and they wouldn't. Its cheap jewelry.
