My husband bought me a ring a year ago there and I think its been in the jewelers for repair 5 times. Products are low quality. I will never shop there again. I tried asking if I can exchange and they wouldn't. Its cheap jewelry.

Since making the purchase, Liz ******** brought in the ring several times and we repaired the ring at no charge each time. The ring was sized up from size 7 to 9, the shank naturally became thinner.
