Great sales representative, great discounts
Warning - very sketchy business. Ask yourself whether you would trust any company that behaves this way. They gave away a $1,100 diamond bracelet to a criminal that broke into my home, without even checking ID. Way to encourage and reward burglary and snatch and grab crimes. For kicks try calling their customer service line some time. I've never gotten a representative during business hours and they've ignored 3 written complaints and 3 voice messages.
The Ontario Mills Kevin Jewelers messed up my order. I understand mistakes happen but at least keep your customer informed on whats going on. I had to keep calling to ask what is going on with my ring. It was hard to deal with the employees and manager. Everytime I would call to check on my order, no one knew what was going on with it. I spoke to the manager three times and the third time I spoke to him, he told me this is the first time he has heard of my issue. I regret doing business with this company.
