Don't sell gold to them! With all the ads on TV, I decided to round up some of my old gold pieces to see what I could sell them for. I took them to Kevin Jewelers at the Laguna Hills Mall. A lady (who didn't know how to smile) took each piece and rubbed it down to determine whether it was 14K, 10K, etc. Anything she couldn't determine for sure, she threw on the 10K pile. better experience here I enjoyed our trip to Kevin Jewelers to look at rings. The first experience we had was a little overwhelming to me. Kevin's was almost as big, but not quite. This time, we had an idea on what we wanted, but still spent several hours looking and comparing. Kevin's had some designs we hadn't seen before and was making it very attractive for us with their financing. I still want to look around, but this time when we left, the saleman who was helping us didn't cast a frown upon us as we left.
SCAM do not buy from Kevin's Jewelers! I would have to agree with the upset customers on here regarding Kevin's Jeweler's and Sabie Acceptance (their finance office). They sell cheap quality jewelry for a large price and do not stand behind their product. Beware if you still chose to browse this store after reading these reviews. Also the return policy....they dont have one! GO TO ZALE'S they have a great policy and I haven't had any issues with my diamonds there...
Kevin Jewelers has SOME good employees Some of the staff was very friendly and nice in the outlet store. THE ACTUAL KEVIN JEWELERS STORE IS NIGHTMARE. NOT PLEASED! Inexperienced sales reps and management at Kevins Jewelers/Sabie Acceptance. This company has been MY WORST NIGHTMARE! After spending several thousands of dollars, leaving me with BROKEN/POOR quality diamond jewelry, they immediately SUE anyone that has missed a few payments!! They void warranties you pay hundreds for, if you do not bring in your jewelry every 90 days to their few locations in CA and AZ only. Buyers BEWARE!!
nice people very nice jewelery i was looking for a new wedding ring (something bigger) and happened to stop in and check out kevin jewelers. they were nice and had exactly what i wanted. i also decided to open a credit account and have had no problems with them. they are always friendly wehn i go in and clean my ring everytime i stop in.
Upset Still! I got my engagement ring from Kevin Jewelers and the diamond was yellower than when I first picked it out. I did not want my wedding band from there but that's exactly where my husband bought it. I was so mad because the band was supposed to be white gold and when I went to get the ring sized, they mixed it with yellow gold. This change was very noticeable after cleaning the ring a few times. Anonymous I am very disappointed with the service at Kevin Jewelers. The salespeople do not tell the truth about the quality of the diamonds they are selling, They can say just about anything about a diamonds quality and most of the time they lie so they can sell the jewelry. I bought a diamond ring and I was told by the salesman that the diamond was a G color it turned out when I had it appraised that the diamond was I colored. He also said it was SI 1 and it turned out to be SI 2. I SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT SHOP THERE!!
