Thank you. We went to your store to buy a necklace for my daughter’s first mother’s day. She loved it and always wears it. I looked around at other stores and for a blue topaz that size it would have cost me 4-5 times the amount I paid at your store!!! Thank you Kevin Jewelers!

Thanks. The welcoming staff and one-of-a-kind selection they made my engagement all the more memorable. My fiancé and I were specifically looking for an authentic (no reproductions!!) art deco ring and were pleasantly surprised by how many impressive pieces the store had to offer. The friendly and knowledgeable salespeople made it a very comfortable atmosphere and helped us find the PERFECT ring - to this day I have not found one that I find more special than mine. Great Experience. Kevin Jewelers and staff are incredible. From the first time we walked in the store, we were treated like family. They were patient and knowledgeable and gained our trust and business that very day 5 years ago! DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER My wife had bought a ring @ the arcadia mall. When she went back to get a little bit more information about the ring she had purchased. Another employee had told her differently from what the first person had said. SO SHE WAS UPSET!! SO I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. For the STUPID employee who had made her feel this way on our special day....... KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SELLING BEFORE GIVING WRONG INFORMATION TO CONSUMERS AND MAKE THEM FEEL LIKE A SUCKER.

SCAM do not buy from Kevin's Jewelers! I would have to agree with the upset customers on here regarding Kevin's Jeweler's and Sabie Acceptance (their finance office). They sell cheap quality jewelry for a large price and do not stand behind their product. Beware if you still chose to browse this store after reading these reviews. Also the return policy....they dont have one! GO TO ZALE'S they have a great policy and I haven't had any issues with my diamonds there...

Very helpful customer service. Kevin Jewelers really made the ring buying experience smooth and painless. Very helpful customer service that absolutely bent over backwards to make sure that all questions were answered and everything was completely to my satisfaction. The ring is absolutely stunning and a great deal. Definitely without a doubt the best way to get a ring.... highly recommended to everyone who will listen to me.
