The office staff called me the day before to ask if I wanted to move my appointment from 3:00 in the middle of the afternoon to an earlier appointment at 11:00. I Said yes, and when I arrived I was called right back into the exam room and the doctor came in within 5 minutes. Everyone was very efficient.
