I have not been a patient of Dr. Tseng but a close friend of mine was. She broke her ankle and I went to all the appointments with her. Dr. Tseng was great. The best thing about him is that he's a surgeon and he didn't immediately suggest surgery. In fact, he determined that surgery was not indicated and suggested giving the ankle ample time to heal on its own. He said that he could do surgery but that it wasn't needed.
