I have seen Dr Steichen for several years. He is thorough and listens to his patients. I never feel rushed during my appointments. I am very pleased with my care. My concerns on the patient portal are addressed very quickly. I am notified of lab & diagnostic results in a very timely manner. Consistently a good experience!
I've tried to get an appointment with Dr Steichen or one of his PAs 2 times in the last month. 1) sinus infection 2-3 wait so I went to urgent care. 2) UTI - Went to urgent care and then tried to schedule a follow up recommended by the urgent care. It was 2 day wait for the appointment but on the day of the appointment they called twice to essentially make it clear they didnt want to see me. I only request an appointment when there is a problem. If I had to average it out, maybe 2 times per year. I stopped getting physicals ... read more

Dr. Steichen has taken excellent care of us for years, he is very easy to dialog with and very thorough, I would highly recommend him to any one.
Dr. Steichen is so professional but very compassionate as well. His intelligence and kindness are such a wonderful combination. I have moved farther into Broken Arrow and I could go to doctors so much closer but I think it’s worth the extra miles for the quality care I always receive from him.
Dr. Steichen always pays attention to me and attends to my needs. The best! Listens and interacts.
No matter what my issues are I can count on Dr. Steichen to address them in a positive manner! He seems more like an internal medicine specialist in the way he can quickly and effectively diagnose.
Dr Steichen has compassion and good communication skills. He listens attentively and asks questions to further his understanding of any problems.
He answers my questions, explains everything & listens to what I say carefully. If I need a referral to a specialist, I’ve always had excellent care from them too.
