Worst doctor, you can see he cancels your appointment last minute. He never really check on things or try to see what’s wrong with you. The staff is just as terrible and they never pick up the phone or return your call very poor communication he never calls you give you results
MY DOCTOR IS #1, DR.KEVIN ERFAN and his nurse ASHIA and all the staff at METROPOLITAN MEDICAL SERVICES.
You can’t even get a hold of this place. I was told to follow up in three days after being discharged from the hospital and no answer at all
I have been trying for 2 hours to talk to a live person. All I was trying to do was request a prescription for my dad. What practice does not have a prescription request. I did push the number for prescription refills. The voice said to call the pharmacy. What do you do when all you need is for Dr. Erfan to call in a prescription? Ridiculous!!!
I will not be returning back here! I see why the reviews are so low now! I had to take off work to come here to “follow up” to get allergy medicine and was told because I was 10 mins late I am unable to get my medicine OR see the doctor. EVERYTIME I come here I have to wait.. on top of charging me a $25 co pay. It’s completely unacceptable. And the people I have to see at the front desk are always rude. Just horrible experience all around, and upsetting.
