This was me on a family vacation December 2025. I couldn’t walk without intense pain. I carried an ice pack everywhere I went. Physical therapy and multiple spinal injections offered no relief. I had a large cervical fusion, done by Dr Desilvestro. The surgery was a big success. I now have much better use of my my hands, feet and balance. I could hardly function before the surgery. Dr Desilvestro was very passionate and very thorough about explaining the whole procedure to me. He was very professional and easy to talk to. His whole staff was great. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. DiSilvestro. After struggling with persistent back pain for over a month, despite taking medication, I sought his help. He promptly recommended an MRI, which led to a diagnosis of a herniated disc pressing on my sciatic nerve. While I felt nervous about the need for surgery, he took the time to thoroughly explain the discectomy procedure, including the recovery process and potential risks. A wonderful doctor who genuinely seems to care. I am 3 months post 2 level lumbar fusion and doing extremely well thanks to the skill of Dr. DiSilvestro!
On May 28, I had Dr. Kevin do my L5 vertebrae fusion after I was in pain for eight months and a half months because of another doctor neglect I went to the emergency ward they gave me Dr. Kevin‘s name. I called them up on Thursday on the 10th of May I had an appointment he looked at my MRIs and he said to me you have a big problem here and then I had surgery surgery on May 28. I was up and walking.
