Kevin is completely unprofessional, rude, and has unrealistic demands. He was given a realistic timeline on a request and due to his lack of satisfaction became belligerent. Keep in mind this was after already stepping past someone else whom he thought wasn't giving him what he wanted in adequate time, so he told them he would step past them as well.
