Dr. Chao performed surgery on my neck removing a cyst on my C 5 and 6 that was causing numbness in my arms and hands. After a few weeks the numbness went away and I’ve completely recovered. He is an excellent surgeon that I highly recommend at Kaiser Redwood City.
