We found our house very quickly with Kevin Chamber's help and are loving it. He is not pushy at all, and his understanding of real estate and the local Decatur market is apparent. We had a few hiccups through the inspection process, but Kevin went above and beyond to smooth that process out by meeting with contractors, making the necessary contacts, and quickly and effectively communicating with all parties involved. Closing was a breeze, and he even gave us a nice closing gift. Thank you!

Kevin is an asset not only to MarMac Real Estate, but the entire realtor profession! My Husband and I relocated from Maryland to Alabama and knew we want to buy a home. We connected with Kevin and could not have made a better choice. After going through a plethora of RE agents over the last few years, I can tell you that Kevin is one of the most responsive, helpful and motivated agents I have come across. Kevin was very helpful and patient. He has a knack for giving you his undivided attention, while maintaining a relationship with all of his clients. He was pleasant, fun and professional at all times. I had the opportunity to observe him in a transaction where he made a decision that had the best interest of others in mind, and gave up some of his own personal benefit. No one knows the area like Mark Moody. Within 30 minutes of sitting in his office, I felt that I had the knowledge and tools to buy a house in the exact area we wanted. Mark made everything so easy and I would certainly use him again!
