Carol is amazing!!! We just recently bought our first home and she went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect home for us. She worked nonstop to help us find the one we wanted and she was just as excited as we were. She actually cares about your wants and needs. She knew I wanted a big back yard for our sweet baby girl to play in and she gave us exactly what we wanted. She is a God-loving person and a great friend! If you're looking to buy a house, Carol is the person to go to!!!!
I can honestly say Morgan has been the easiest realtor I have ever worked with. I am very familiar with the area, but not in the area of selling my townhouse. She answered all my questions and concerns but more importantly she put me first. Morgan is a very down to earth person and one I would recommend very highly whether you are buying or selling. We had the pleasure of choosing Carol to sell our house in Decatur. She visited the home and immediately said she had a potential buyer for our home. Within a couple of days she brought the potential buyer to visit our house. We got a contract that day and closed on the home within a month. Carol was very professional and quick to answer any questions we had. She was there to walk us step by step through the entire process and it was a great experience. Kevin is AWESOME! He helped me and my wife buy a home in September. Then, he gave us pointers about what to fix up at our old home in order to sell it. It took me a few months to make those repairs, but when the time came he was right there again to help us sell the old place.
