I was devastated when my primary care provider told me she was moving and I had to find a new doctor. She was the first doctor, out of all of the emergency room doctors and my former primary, that actually seemed to care. She cared and that means so much when you're disabled and vulnerable. Dr. Case settled my nervousness and listened. He seems to care about his patience. He was kind and wanted to understand my pain disorder.
