He smiles when you meet him but he has Zero compassion. He knew nothing about my disorder or medications for the disorder. I don’t need to be hugged or have kleenex handed to me but his indifference/coldness left me despondent when I left, as well as being totally turned off to EVER seek help again. I don’t require much, but I got nothing.
He has a nice smile but ZERO compassion. I don’t expect to be hugged or have tissues passed to me, but this experience was devastating. I was so despondent when I left my appointment. It shouldn’t be like this. He had no clue about my disorder or medications to treat it either.
Would definitely recommend. He is very involved and offers resources and information for you to look into as well on tips for how to deal with medications. Very kind, considerate, and enthusiastic about his work with you.
