I went there recently for an eye exam. From the moment I checked in with the receptionist. She wasnt overly friendly needless to say seemed like she was in the wrong field honestly. Then met with Kevin Brown for my exam. This was my first encounter with him. He was very arrogant, lacked not only customer service skills but his demeanor is offsetting to anyone. My husband's eye got cut and they got us in very quickly. They are always so kind and helpful when I go. They are patient with me when I'm trying to find new glasses and answer all the questions I have.
I've been coming here for eye exams for several years now and very happy with them.
Dr. Brown was amazing. He saw me for a red and swollen eye that suffered with for 3 days. They got me on within a few hours and it was quick and painless.
