Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They have really great customer service here. Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Somewhat, they could have been kinder Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Their eye equipment was so new and advanced I had never even seen it before. It was so much better than other optometrists I've been to. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They seem stuck in the past. The doctors are a bit odd in that they look at you like you're crazy when you suggest something. For instance, it was implied that I was silly buying disposable every day contacts were too expensive and most of their patients don't like them. Most of their patients are old that's why. The doc thought he came up with a brilliant way to fix my prescription when the previous doctor I went to figured that out almost imediately. He was nice enough, but didn't help me very much. I was disappointed.

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me.
