Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes
