I am so thankful to have a caring dentist. After my crown broke off on a Friday afternoon, Dr. Terrell worked me into his schedule the following Monday. He first wanted to make sure that I was not in pain. The staff was extremely friendly as always. I have not liked going to the dentist since childhood. The way that Kevin’s office treats you is very professional & not intimidating as some dentists are. I highly recommend Dr.Terrell for all of your dental needs.

I contacted this dentist almost a year ago as a new patient and they are a nightmare! First of all, they couldn't fit me in for up to 2 months. Then when I finally got an appointment, they came up with an excuse that the dentist had an emergency of some sort and would need to reschedule. They rescheduled for 2 months later and that one was rescheduled. I got a phone call asking to confirm the next appt but didn't remind me of the scheduled time. Only 3 people work at this dentist office. Holly, Kevin and Kevin’s assistant. He leaves most of the work to his assistant. Dr. Kevin pulled a no show at work leaving his little staff in a pickle. They had to lie and say the electricity went out in the building 🤣
