Called to see if I could order my contacts as soon as they opened on 1/8 and the girl working told me she could not find my file and I was asked if I was sure I had been there before. Waited until almost 4pm with no call back before I called back and asked if the date I came in makes a difference or if my file been been lost and she tells me “I’ve been super busy and haven’t had time to just look for your file all day” She was extremely rude about it for no reason and giving her my name again she found it in a second.
