Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

PATIENTS BEWARE!!! Dr Coleman's Staff is the worst I have ever encountered. In addition, even after OVER 6 MONTHS, THIS DOCTOR DOES NOT EVEN KNOW ME. The office staff is underage and not trained in any area of the medical field that I can ascertain. You will be lucky to see an actual doctor after your initial visit. The office manager commented to me that the "medication line receives over 60-90 calls a day so don't expect a return call for at least 3-5 days". The chairs they had in the waiting room were not the greatest. I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort, especially since they specialize in pain management. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
