Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Not really, it could be better Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? No, it took a while Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
