At first this office appeared friendly, but after an office staff gave wrong information I was unfortunately discharged, someone in his office gave me wrong info I was discharged. Dr. Keum went on vacation and I needed refill on pain med I was told I could not get my refill because Dr. Keum was on vacation so I got it through my primary, then I was discharged. The staff is friendly. After going to the Dr. since 2004 for the same thing, time after time, Dr. Keum did some testing and found out what was really wrong. I then went to a Rheumatologist who confirmed his diagnosis. After all these years, I have finally been helped. I am on 2 medications and I feel better than I have in years. Thank you Dr. Keum!!!!

Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!
