The staff made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered, their personnel were very professional and treated me with kind respect. The doctor listened to all my questions and answered them. The treatments he administered to my back and hand have helped me so far and I am able to function without pain doing my daily chores. Dr Keum and his entire office staff are compassionate, efficient, professional and warm, and exceeded my expectations for courteous service. Phone calls are always returned within 24 hours. The office is clean, comfortable, never crowded. Dr Keum is very knowledgeable, personable, and takes time to discuss physical and emotional concerns due to chronic pain.

A little, but it was bearable Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
