The apartment complex is brand new and very clean. Parking is limited for building 1535 right now, especially for units on the end closest to the railroad track. Leasing office hours are also quite restricted, which makes it hard to stop by if you need something — less of an issue if you work from home or have a non-9-to-5 job, but inconvenient otherwise.
