Good management and good response to needs.
Love my apartment! It was a great move for me, very nice area, easy to get to West Des Moines and om the interstate. The community is nice and respectful, highly recommend if anyone is looking in the waukee area! The staff is so sweet, responsive which I appreciate due to past bad experiences with other rental companies!
Overall I love this place! The location is amazing and so is the neighborhood. Maintenance has always been helpful.
Super nice apartments! Newly built so nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and responsive! Toured and signed the same day. Haven’t had any issues with my place. Also a great location.
