Absolutely one of my favorite places to go in town. They offer great quality coffee and the team is amazing to chat with. I love the fresh baked pastries, but you have to get there early if you want to make sure to snag your favorite! Definitely brings a great vibe to the heart of Fallbrook.
I had high hopes for Kettle on Main, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Starting with the drink — it was poorly made, lacking both balance and flavor. It tasted rushed, as if no real care was put into crafting it, and for the price, I expected far better quality. As for the food, it was equally underwhelming. 4/14/25 10:08 AM. The ube latte was so good it made the earth shake! No, but actually, there was an earthquake while we were there. Really cute place. 10/10 structurally sound. We got a bad bagel sandwich, but we didn't tell them or give them a chance to fix it so I didn't want to knock down the rating or their service too much. I'd go back and try again if I was in Fallbrook again.
We ordered an horchata iced latte and a strawberry matcha that tasted like straight milk with strawberry syrup. I don’t understand how the employees don’t have common sense and perhaps think “oh that doesn’t look like it has enough matcha powder in it”. I looked at other matcha drinks and some looked greener than others. It’s too pricey for the low quality drinks that they serve and I have tried many coffee shops locally and all over the world during my travel. I would just remove the matcha off the menu.
Light and airy cafe with really good pastries and coffee. Went here two mornings in a row while we stayed in Fallbrook for a wedding. Highly recommend.
