I broke down in lexington far from home the other day. Got parts and fixed a broken belt issue at Oreily's Auto myself and then found that the broken belt had slapped one of my transmission cooling lines and caused a major leak. Kestner Automotive was right across the road. I went over and checked if they could help me, they were friendly and fixed my truck right up. If you're looking for dependable trustworthy mechanics ~ the kind that do what you ask and don't go looking for extra things they can charge you for ~ the kind that stand behind their work and charge a reasonable rate ~ we highly recommend Kestner's Automotive! Always excellent service, I trust Kestner to do things right and I don't trust just anyone with it :)
Our battery went out Saturday and we were stranded. Kestner Automotive was not even open, but the man at the shop dropped everything and drove to our car to jump it, then he installed a new battery once we got the car to the shop. All of this was done so fast our groceries were still cold when we got home. Thank you.
I am a new resident to Lexington SC. I was extremely impressed with the great customer service I received here. I went in on a day when they were pretty busy and I didnt have an appointment. They were so kind to get me in and out pretty quickly even in their hectic day.
Great place always works me into their schedule. It makes things easier with my schedule being able to pull right in when I have the time in my crazy schedule.
