Kestner Automotive is the best most honest people I have been to. They WILL continue getting ALL my service.
Driving through Lexington had a metal pole of some kind hit the front end of my SUV and busted a hole in the radiator and caused other damage. Kestner was the closest repair shop to us at the time and they did a great job getting it fixed. Tim was very helpful and even helped get a rental so we could continue our trip while they worked on the repairs. Insurance covered the repair cost and Tim even helped in dealing with that as well. Couldn't ask for more.
Went to get oil changed and they were very helpful and kind in their service.
Outstanding work and communication. My A/C was not working; they diagnosed the problem, didn’t “up-charge” me and were very reasonable. I will go back there with any other problems.
We love Kestner they always treat us with kindness and professionalism. We don't take our cars anywhere else. They do service you can trust!
