RecommendedWe just moved here from out of state. My van broke down, got it towed to their location, easily found by Google, and was fixed in 2 days! Great service and price. Recommended!
We had a problem with a starter and they fixed it right away. The one that was put in had a problem and they replaced it the next day. Awesome service!
Website says open until 6. I show up at 4:55 and get told their guys leave in about 20 minutes but the manager will be there. Don’t advertise you are open till 6 if you don’t take customers after 5. Will not go back.
Josh and Alex were professional and so very thoughtful! Alex found issue with our compressor and their service was outstanding. While waiting for my car, I spoke with a customer who stated that she had taken her car to several places to get her ac fixed, and no one could figure it out. However, when she took it to Kestners, they found the issue! Thankful to be able to take our automobiles to people we can trust. Thanks guys!
Was my first experience with Kestner Auto and I was very happy with the professionalism and the fact they accommodated my schedule to get me in. It was only an oil change but it was nice going to a place I know I can now trust for future work if needed.
I've got a car in the shop with them now, but I just wanna say how courteous they are. gabe me a ride home this morning and signed me up for text updates. I'm confident they'll have my car back on the road soon! so thankful for great service.

Great customer service, quick service, it an all around professional experience.
My husband was working out of town last week in the Lexington area. One of his trucks had a blow out and it was an odd sized tire. He contacted Tim Swaim at Kestner late in the day and Tim stayed late looking for a tire for him. He was able to locate one and had it there the next morning at 8 am. Thanks to Tim, he was able to continue production with this truck in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks for all your help Tim!!
