DO NOT LIVE HERE. The management cheats you out of money, they don’t respond to maintenance issues, the managers are constantly changing, water is shut off every week, hallway floors are dirty, they let disruptive neighbors get away with everything … I can go on for days. So many tenants I speak with have the same issues too.
The apartment was newly renovated and included a wet bar and w/d in unit. Maintenance was very responsive anytime we needed something, which was fairly rare. I even decorated my deck to look like a cute grassy enclosure! Love love loved my floor plan too. Only reason we moved was because we bought a house. My only gripe is that I didn't get my work covid care package that wasn't forwarded to my address after I moved and the manager refused to release it to me. C'est la vie I guess.

The manager of this place is terrible, everything breaks in the apartment !!!
