More roaches still no resolution The standing water below my balcony has been there for since December 2025 I have my first email sent to management I spoke to the city and standing water is mosquito breed ground and in my case a roach issue. I absolutely love it. It has a very homie insecure vibe. I can’t wait for the journey that awaits me and my family.
Good place
I have lived here 12 plus years and the last year has been difficult. We have approximately 30 units and one by one the four washers we have here have broken down management does not fix them. It has been 6 months with one washer for 30 units and last week our last one broke !!! If you dont want to haul your dirty laundry to the local laundry place dont move in here upkeep on this is been awful with no resolution in sight. dont do it!
