Just completed a total system upgrade from electric/ heat pump to natural gas/air conditioning. Not only was their estimate the best for the top-of-the-line Carrier system, but Clay was the only one to call informing me of a just-introduced rebate from Carrier!Installation went without a hitch and the area was left CLEAN.Definitely a PROFESSIONAL experience from estimate to contract to installation. I would HIGHLY recommend them for service or system replacement.

Called them around 2:00 for an emergency call as my heat pump and sequencer were out in my furnace, essentially leave me with no heat in the winter. They advised they would be there between 4p-6p and finally arrived at 7:08 PM and got my heat back up and running at 7:23p. They said they would need to return to repair the 2 items at a later date.
