I was charged with DUI in Summerdale Al. The thing is I wasn't drunk or under the influence of any drugs. I took a breathalyzer test and it was 0.00 then I took the urine test passed it also. At the time I was on parole and even my parole officer knew it was wrong . I was held in jail and lost my job but after 30 days I was released because the parole board said it was ridiculous.
