Dr Dunham treated me for plantar fasciitis. At the first office visit he did X-rays, physical exam and took my history of foot problems. After the fasciitis diagnosis he gave several suggestions for treatment, including steroid injection. Because of the severity of my pain, and desire for a quicker resolution I opted for the injection. He explained that it takes an average of 2 or more injections over several months, and it has taken 2 injections, along with regular stretching exercises to achieve 90% improvement.
