I've never found nor will I ever find such a great Dr again! Dr.Kersey is an awesome Dr. He not only cares about your health but he genuinely cares about your well being. I love that he wants to get to know you personally because sometimes your everyday life can affect your health. I love this Dr,you don't find good Drs like him anymore.
I love the small staff environment. Rosa the nurse is so friendly and explains everything that I don’t understand medically without making me feel like I should know the answers that I ask her. Morgan the laser director is so sweet and cares a lot about me and I’m not her patient. Dr. Kersey spends a lot of time with me and he talks to me about my life not just my medical issues. Family type of a Dr.’s office. Even the receptionist is helpful and works around my schedule to make appts for me.

Woman up front was hateful & talks down to people checking in. Curious as to how Kersey is actually a doctor. I didn’t come to see him for small talk. Won’t be going back
This place is the most unorganized doctor's office I have ever witnessed! They claim that I missed appointments long before I even live in this state! It makes no sense, and the lady on the phone is extremely rude and would not be convinced that it was very obvious that they made a mistake because they claim the appointment missed was 12 years before I lived in Tennessee! She made ridiculous claims that someone must have stolen my info to make that appointment, then no show for it! AWFUL!
I am a diabetic and had been a patient of Dr. kersey for many years and one day I went in for a visit and we talked for a few minutes about a problem. Then he said, "was there anything else?" like he was checkng his memory (he always checked my sugar) and then he said, "oh well next time, I need a nap." and left. I found another doctor.
