Kerry is so great! She cares about making sure you have the right coverage but also saving you money. I always feel like she has my best interest in mind and takes initiative to help me wherever she sees a cost saving benefit! Everyone in her office is so kind and is always willing to help with anything I need. 10/10 would recommend!!
Kerry is very responsive (comfortably within the day); problem solves; and in my opinion works with integrity. She does not use suspiciously vague words to pointed questions and her explanations are clear.
