What a great group of guys!! Our salesman Troy was awesome. He was so patient and went above and beyond to find the perfect car for us. This is the fifth new vehicle we have bought from Kerry Hyundai have never been disappointed!!
So like an idiot I spill a full cup of coffee in my passenger seat. Since I had the dealer scotch guard my car when I bought it I took it back to Kerry Hyundai of Alexandria and the not only cleaned the passenger seat but also the drivers and then they washed the outside and even shined the tires. Much better service than I could have hoped for. Thanks you to the service team.
Our salesman Nate was awesome! Super patient, very knowledgeable and friendly. The selection was great and the deal was easy. Just really didn't care for the sales manager, he was pompous and rude. However we were able to close the deal with no further contact with him. Overall great experience! Would buy there again.

My whole experience was great. From getting a call from Ashley when I inquired about a vehicle, to working with Troy, Luke and Remington on getting me in my new Tucson Night Edition and John working on my financing.....I can't say enough good things about all of them. Thank you all so much for your help, answering all my questions, showing me all the bells and whistles on my new car and me driving off a happy customer. You guys are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!
Excellent customer service all the way around! This is the only Hyundai dealer in the Cincinnati area that will service my car. They took care of my warranty and recall items and gave me a loaner car when the repair took a little longer than expected. (I originally tried to make an appointment with the other dealer where I purchased my car. I called and left two messages to try and schedule service, and they NEVER called me back.)
