Salesmen was rude. Reached out to management never heard back. Went to Kerry Florence was treated like a valued customer and I bought a car. Kerry Alexandria can learn a thing or two about good customer service from the Kerry Florence team. I will continue to tell everyone about my experience at Kerry Alexandria. Very disappointed customer service is key. Do better.
Jeff at Hyundai is very professional, I never have a problem with customer service at Kerry Hyundai. They go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy with their service.
They did an excellent job with us and actually called me back after our purchase to have me resign paperwork because they were able to get an even better deal for me.
Efficient courteous service
After an initial misunderstanding I have to say that the Kerry Hyundai of Alexandria team absolutely came through with an excellent and superior experience.lead by Jeff and Jason. I was provided with a loaner car, while they kept my car for a couple days to perform all the work. I was called and updated as needed and they went above and beyond to get my heated seats repaired . Super friendly and very clear about the costs and there were no surprises. I am grateful to have this experience as I will be back for sure!
I highly suggest that you DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME in trying to purchase your next car from any of these clowns. They were LESS THAN motivated to even attempt to work with us and negotiate a deal. Please take our advice and go directly to Hyundai of Florence, where we had an absolute amazing experience (particularly with our salesman, Jeremy). The Florence staff was eager to work with us and exceeded our expectations. To reiterate, do yourself a favor and avoid Alexandria!
