The manager and assistant manager are jerks and didn't do their job correctly. Better be glad im disabled. I started in October 2024 with Kerring and ended up finding another company due to their prolonging my needs until now (June), and Im still waiting for this next company to fulfill my order. Not responding to your reply. Have a great 2025.
Wonderful staff friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. Made me fell seen and listened to all concerns and beautiful chair with every feature I was looking for and even more. Will come back to this store for any items needed in the future
Rented a wheelchair for my grandmother and the Kerring Group could not have done a better job with its rental service! Seamless check-in and check-out, even assisting me getting the wheelchair to my car in the rain! Thank y’all

I left several messages as I needed help with my Golden reclining chair. However after waiting at least 4 days I had not gotten a call back. Also after attempting to do an email the system shut down & said I had to resubmit it. James, the manager, contacted me & told me how to fix the problem. He apologized & said that there was a problem with the phone system that they weren't aware of & they were working on fixing it.
