370 S Negley: this company is a nightmare. We had 7 floods in 2 years (mostly sewage backups that kerpec refuses to fix). 17 housing code violations from the Allegheny County Health Department. A hole in our wall to the outside all through winter. Condescending and combative office staff, with even worse management who does nothing but yell over you. I just signed a lease with kerpec through my agent Jess. she worked very hard to make sure I landed in the right apartment, and addressed everything I wanted in an apartment. this was definitely the least stressful leasing experience ive ever had
I just starting working with the company and they have been amazing! I know the company is under new management (like everyone is new and beyond sweet). My landlord, Jess, walked me though the unit, explained everything on the lease, and understands the struggles of college students (which is helpful given that most of the community here revolves around Pitt or CMU). So blessed to be able to find housing that actually cares about their tenants. Plus, the prices are so reasonable for housing around Forbes Ave!!
