Excellent Customer Service by all staff members. Dr Hageman is very professional as well as personable.
Let me preface this by saying that this practice may provide the best eye surgery in the country-\-\I have no idea; my unwillingness to recommend them is based entirely on customer service. I had an appointment today at 10:40 (coming from Clemmons down I-40) that I scheduled probably 2 months ago. Upon arrival, I went through the paperwork and was taken to an exam room where I was given a precursory exam by an assistant and told the Dr. would be right with me.
