If they're going to hospitalize people involuntarily against the law shouldn't they be the ones to foot the bill. California law is fairly clear someone must be a threat to themselves, to others, or gravely disabled. Now, I take the word lynch to be a term of racial violence. The last time I was there they wrote a hold accusing me of attempting to lynch someone who like me is also white and jewish.
